In order to strengthen the quality of both Progress Reports and Final Reports, project managers are strongly encouraged to utilize the instructions available for each section of the report (via an orange button labeled “Instructions”).
In order to assess and document educational impacts across the ERME project portfolio, Project Directors (beginning with the 2019 cohort) are required to conduct a brief retrospective evaluation.
All projects should prepare a retrospective evaluation assessing changes in understanding/knowledge for each area of risk covered by the project. A separate question should be developed for each risk area (production, marketing, financial, legal, or human). The evaluation should be conducted at the end of the project’s workshop(s) or training series.
